You’ll learn what’s normal, when to seek support, and how to build a positive, responsive feeding relationship with your baby. Whether you’re a first-time parent or simply looking for reassurance, this class will leave you feeling prepared, empowered, and ready for those first precious feeds.

Birth Prep 101
Led by a Registered Midwife, our Birth Preparation Course offers trusted, evidence-based guidance to help you approach labour and birth with confidence. You’ll learn what to expect during each stage of labour, explore practical coping techniques and pain relief options, and gain clarity around birth planning and partner support — all from a professional who understands birth firsthand. This course is designed to give you reassurance, knowledge, and the confidence to make informed decisions for your unique birth experience

Partner Prep 101
Our Partner Preparation Class is designed to help birth partners feel confident, informed, and truly involved in the birth experience. Led by a Registered Midwife, this session focuses on practical ways partners can provide meaningful support during labour — from comfort techniques and communication tips to understanding the stages of birth and advocating effectively. You’ll leave knowing exactly how to stay calm, supportive, and connected, so you can play an active and empowered role on the big day.

Postnatal Preparation
Our Postnatal Preparation Class is designed to help you feel ready not just for birth — but for the weeks that follow. Led by a Registered Midwife, this supportive session covers physical recovery, emotional wellbeing, newborn care, feeding guidance, sleep expectations, and adjusting to life with your baby. We talk honestly about what’s normal, what to look out for, and how to build a strong support system during this transformative time. You’ll leave feeling informed, reassured, and more confident as you step into early parenthood
